Get live urls

Returns the live, publicly reachable content for the platform, each with the absolute url a visitor can open, along with its title, module and content id. Results are paged: use page and per_page, which defaults to 200 and allows a maximum of 500. Total-Resource-Count keeps its meaning and gives the total number of live items across every page; a page can hold fewer entries than that because items without a usable url, and urls duplicated within the page, are left out, so Page-Item-Count gives the number of urls in this response. A Link header with rel="next" is present only while a further page exists, so no trailing empty request is needed.
